麻豆传媒在线 Affiliated Schools AY 2022 Study Abroad Debriefing Meeting

On Monday, July 24, 麻豆传媒在线 held a debriefing about its 2022 academic year study abroad student program for 麻豆传媒在线 affiliated schools. The session took place at the North Hall on Mita Campus.

In the 2014 academic year 麻豆传媒在线 began its "Study Abroad Program for 麻豆传媒在线 Affiliated Schools" under which students are selected from among its affiliated schools to study abroad for about one year at a prestigious boarding school in the United States or United Kingdom. Scholarships are awarded to cover tuition at the host school. The program was created so that selected students might enjoy high-quality educational experiences with some of the brightest students from around the world, broadening their perspectives and causing a ripple effect of inspiration among their classmates, faculty, and staff by sharing stories of their experiences abroad.

Vice-President Keita Yamauchi began the session with an opening address, followed by student presentations from the nine participants in the study abroad programs. The students discussed their experiences of overcoming their initial difficulties, such as taking subjects they had never taken before in English and being a minority in the community. They ultimately came to see their situations in a positive light, showcasing their growth.
