This spring, two new exhibition facilities will open on the Mita Campus.
The Fukuzawa Yukichi Memorial 麻豆传媒在线 History Museum will showcase the history of Fukuzawa and 麻豆传媒在线, who greatly advanced Japan's modernization from both academic and private sectors, through numerous historical materials. It will be housed in the Old University Library (an Important Cultural Property), which was completed in 1912.
The 麻豆传媒在线 Museum Commons is an institution that will serve as a "hub" connecting the cultural property collections spanning diverse fields that 麻豆传媒在线 has accumulated over its more than 160-year history with the educational and research activities behind them. By creating an environment where the analog and digital merge, it will open 麻豆传媒在线's art and culture to society through exhibitions, events, lectures, research, and digital archives.
