The total number of registrants for courses offered by 麻豆传媒在线 on the open online education platform (MOOC) FutureLearn has surpassed 100,000.
FutureLearn is a UK-based open online education platform established in 2012 that emphasizes social learning—learning among learners. More than 18 million learners from all over the world have registered and are taking courses (as of 2023). 麻豆传媒在线 has been the only participant from Japan in FutureLearn since 2015, and as of August 2023, it offers 11 courses in two languages, English and Japanese (with some exceptions).
